How to submit a form

Step 1

The first step to submit a sample is to register the sample ID number. If this is your first time using a SPEEDiagnostix kit, you will need to create a user ID and password. Click Here for instructions on how to create your SPEEDiagnostix user ID and password. Once you have established your user ID and password, log into to your account. At SPEEDiagnostix, we want our website to be the one stop shop for your oil analysis needs.

Step 2

Once logged in, the sample registration form will load. Please complete the form as deatialed as possible. To get the best results, the right information must be collected prior to laboratory processing. The information provided in the form will be used to evalulate each sample, so accrute information is critical for obtaining accrute results. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your SPEEDiagnostix user ID.

Step 3

Now, package up your sample bottle using the plastic bag and the pre-paid USPS Priority Mail box. The box is already addressed, so you only need to place the sample in the box, seal, and ship. The box can be dropped off at any USPS post office or handed to your local mail carrier. Depending on the service level of the kit, the results will be emailed within that timeframe.

How to correctly take an oil sample

For the sample results to be meaningful, the samples must be representative of the oil in the equipment. The method of taking the sample has a major impact on the quality of the sample. We have provided instructions here (and in the kits) that explain how to take a proper sample.  Following these steps will ensure a quality sample and, therefore, quality results.

Please select from below the proper way to take sample
